Chocolates / Chocomates?

I woke up at 6 o'clock, prayed and started my day with a cup of tropical juice, cheesy mushrooms and fried egg. I'm feeling good since I woke up so early today (well, normally I wake up at noon) and suddenly I want to write something here about them. My chocolates. Or should I call them my chocomates? Scheiß egal, both of them are same and sweet, and could make me so hype and happy at the same time.
Here are my new mates. My topping to my muffin.
We went to Bad Ems. Have you guys heard about this city before? Honestly I haven't.
This is a small city with its beauty near Koblenz and I'm in love! A huge river, the bridges, a mountain, the buildings with its different name, and yes it reminds me with Binz (A city in coastal plain).
The town, the weather, the companions were so good that day.
And anyway it only took 20 minutes from my town. This town was surely peaceful even if you're just sit alone at the cafe or walk around the city.
I promise to come back there soon. Alone or with my companion(s).

Take a break

A new week will be started soon cuz today is Friday and its 2017 already!
Time flies, isn't it?
It's been a tough beginning year for me, like really. If I had to rate, I'll give 9 out of 10 for the bad days. See? I guess the lady luck didn't come along with me.
I failed the presentation, I didn't do a good job on my last exam and there were so many things stuck in my head.
But anyhow I got the bright points and here are some things I learned :

1. Take a break. We're still human, aren't we? Wake up early, open your window, take a breath, live a life and screw everything. Just please, don't hide from your problems.
2. It's true if people will always need people. I swear, no one can live alone. I mean, you will need someone to share everything with. No, you should have someone to share everything with. To cry and rely on. In your ups and downs. Just don't let them stuck in your head.
3. His plans are (always) good.  Trust him. Every single plan that He already made for us are always the best plan.
4. Do not ever forget to say Alhamdulillah. I'm not a religious person, but since I live here alone, all by myself, I learned if every thing that He give to us is all what we need in the end.
5. Even on the worst day there a possibility for joy. I know I had a bad luck last month. But suddenly it turns out good if you see every single thing on the bright side. You'll find the joy all of sudden. And it feels like you've found a needle in a haystack. Yes, jackpot!

So I decided to take my break, walk around, reply my friend's chat, meet new people and enjoy my life.

Night talk

Depression isn't always crying your mascara off in the shower and playing sad songs in bed at night. Sometimes it's not wanting to talk to anyone for days and other times it's desperately needing to be around people.
Sometimes, depression is having no appetite even though you haven't eaten anything since yesterday and sometimes it's eating everything in your fridge.
Depression isn't your boyfriend holding you and telling and telling you that's going to be okay.
It's sitting across the table, not eating, only having him ask you what's wrong and knowing that you are ruining his night because you can't seem to snap out of it and just be happy. It's frustrating feeling of desperately wanting to enjoy something and just fucking be normal for once. it's keeping things a secret from people you love because you don't want them to look at you like you are broken. No, depression isn't beautiful black and white images.

Depression is lonely and frustrating and mostly just fucking exhausting.
